Position & Responsibilities:

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and ensures a smooth and orderly flow of information/objectives between departments. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the client’s business and needs
  • Strategic planning and troubleshooting client-company issues
  • Ensuring client’s short and long term goals are being met
  • Building and maintaining close professional relationships with our Clients
  • Preparing and reporting operational insight and project management information to clients as well as coordinating with our in-house Google and Facebook teams in the efforts to plan, execute, and refine marketing activities


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B client-relations management
  • Client management and communications experience with C-level executives
  • General PPC experience on various platforms (Facebook, Google, Bing, YouTube, Taboola …).
  • Must be able to take a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach to solving marketing challenges
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL are an advantage)
  • Must be a Native English speaker
  • Understanding of CRM
  • Must be confident, articulate, and possess professional speaking abilities
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A natural ability to create innovative solutions and think outside the box
