Quality Score is a successful and fast growing PPC agency. We run large-scale online advertising campaigns on display, search, social, and video networks, and develop innovative ad optimization technologies. 


Position & Responsibilities



The Client Relations & Strategy- Account Manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and ensures a smooth and orderly flow of information/objectives between departments. They’re also responsible for strategizing overall marketing initiatives through collaboration with the client, ad campaign managers, and the creative team. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the clients’ business and marketing needs
  • Strategic planning and troubleshooting client-company issues
  • Ensuring that clients’ short and long term goals are being met
  • Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients
  • Preparing and reporting operational insight and project management information to clients 
  • Coordinating with our in-house Google and Facebook teams to plan, execute, and refine marketing activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience within online marketing companies (or platforms e.g., Facebook, Google, Bing, YouTube, Taboola)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B client-relations management
  • Client management and communications experience with C-level executives
  • Ability to solve marketing problems through a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL are an advantage)
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to create innovative solutions and think outside the box
  • Must be confident, articulate, and possess strong presentation skills
  • Native English speaker (preferably US)
