Quality Score is a successful and fast growing PPC agency. We run large-scale online advertising campaigns on display, search, social, and video networks, and develop innovative ad optimization technologies. 

Position & Responsibilities:

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for promoting client-company projects & tasks towards campaign readiness.

Ensuring smooth and orderly flow of information, coordinating and leading to completion marketing activities, tasks & objectives as set by our clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities include:

Maintains flow of work by:

  • Communicating & coordinating information and requirements;
  • Establishing work schedules, monitoring progress and resolving of open issues;
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
  • Establishing and enforcing standards;
  • Participating with and providing resources to relevant teams;
  • Preparing reports and presentations for clients, management, internal teams;



  • Familiarity with performance marketing and online ad campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations positions
  • Ability to navigate multiple assignments in fast paced and agile environment
  • Details orientated
  • Task oriented
  • Problem solving and decisions making abilities
  • Strong ability to motivate and engage others into action
  • Native English speaker or high proficiency
